A learning platform needed group purchases, seat allocation, manager controls, renewals, and protection against invalid seat/refund states.
Engineering approach
We mapped the current workflow first, identified the source of truth for each state, and kept the implementation close to supported WordPress and plugin extension points. The work emphasized compatibility, recoverability, and operational visibility rather than a large rewrite.
What matters in production
Complex WordPress systems need more than a happy-path demo. We account for retries, duplicate events, stale state, plugin interactions, permissions, background jobs, and safe handoff between external services.
Privacy
Public case studies intentionally omit client names, domains, private URLs, credentials, and identifying business data.
